Shipping policy


Processing Time:

  • Custom figurines require 2-4 weeks for processing. The exact duration may vary based on our current workload. In case of any delays, we will promptly inform the buyer about the revised shipping timeline.

Shipping Duration:

  • After the processing period, your order will be shipped promptly.
  • The shipping duration varies based on your location and the shipping method.
  • We offer worldwide shipping with a tracking number.

    Shipping to Europe estimated time: 1-2 weeks
    Overseas : 3-4 weeks. 

    Estimated delivery times are subject to change due to factors such as customs clearance processes and courier service variations.

    Important: Order Confirmation Required!

    • Once your figurine is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with photos for review.

    • If no response is received within 30 days of the confirmation email being sent, the figurine will be automatically considered approved and shipped as-is.

    • After that point, the customer forfeits the right to request changes or a refund, unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • In the rare event that a package is lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
