Shop Policy

Order Processing Time: Due to the meticulous craftsmanship involved, our current processing time is approximately 3 weeks. Each handmade greyhound figurine is custom - created with care, ensuring a high level of detail and quality.

Customization: ALL figurines are custom. 

Photo Approval: Before shipping, we will send you a photo proof of your completed figurine for your approval. Your input is valued, and we want to ensure you are delighted with the final product.
If a purchase is made and the requested photos are not provided, the order will be placed on hold until the photos are received.

Shipping Confirmation Policy
To ensure accuracy and satisfaction with your order, we require confirmation of shipping details before dispatching your item. If confirmation is not provided within two weeks of our request, the order will automatically be shipped based on the information we have on file. 

Shipping: We offer international shipping. Shipping times may vary, so please check our shipping information for estimated delivery times and any associated costs.

Important: Order Confirmation Required!

Your custom order will not be shipped until you confirm your order. Please check your email for the confirmation message and make sure to approve it.

 

Returns and Exchanges: As each figurine is a unique, custom artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the rare event of issues like receiving the wrong figurine, loss during shipping, or breakage, please follow the steps below;

Responsibility After Shipping

Once your order is shipped, you receive a tracking number and full responsibility transfers to you. It is your duty to:

Track the shipment

Respond to any delivery issues

Collect the package from customs, the post office, or the courier pick-up point if required

We do not take responsibility for packages that are returned due to:

Failure to track

Ignoring delivery attempts

Not collecting from a pickup location

Refusing customs or VAT charges

🚫 Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will NOT re-ship it for free. You have two options:

Re-Shipping (Paid):
You will be charged for:

New shipping costs

Customs fees or duties (if any)

A handling/repackaging fee of €15

Abandonment:
If you do not respond or refuse to pay the above costs, your order will be considered forfeited. No refunds will be given.

❌ No Refunds for Delivery Failure

We’re unable to offer refunds for orders that are returned due to inaction on the customer’s side (such as not tracking or collecting the package).
Please note: Tracking information is provided with every order, and we kindly ask you to monitor it and ensure timely collection. Once a package is shipped, it’s your responsibility to follow up on its delivery.

Damage & Refund Policy:
If your figurine arrives damaged, please do not remove it from the protective foam or untie the protective ribbons. Take clear photos of the damage while the item is still inside the packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Important:

  • Claims made after 24 hours or after the item has been removed from the foam or ribbons will not be accepted unless the damage is located in an unseen area.
  • We cannot process refunds or replacements if the figurine has been handled, removed from packaging, or displayed.

Please email us with your order number. The damaged figurine must be sent back to us to process a refund or replacement. Once the damaged figurine has been shipped back to us, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.


Care Instructions: To preserve the beauty of your figurine, simply wipe it with a dry cloth. Avoid using water or liquid cleaners, as they may affect the finish.
