Order Processing Time: Due to the meticulous craftsmanship involved, our current processing time is approximately 3 weeks. Each handmade greyhound figurine is custom - created with care, ensuring a high level of detail and quality.

Customization: ALL figurines are custom. 

Photo Approval: Before shipping, we will send you a photo proof of your completed figurine for your approval. Your input is valued, and we want to ensure you are delighted with the final product.

Shipping: We offer international shipping. Shipping times may vary, so please check our shipping information for estimated delivery times and any associated costs.

Returns and Exchanges: As each figurine is a unique, custom artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the rare event of issues like receiving the wrong figurine, loss during shipping, or breakage, we are committed to providing replacements or refunds. Your satisfaction is our priority. I must receive the item, same as you received it.

Care Instructions: To preserve the beauty of your figurine, simply wipe it with a dry cloth. Avoid using water or liquid cleaners, as they may affect the finish.
