Thank you for choosing my figurines! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we have outlined our returns and exchanges policy below.
Returns and Exchanges Period:
- Our policy allows for returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions of Return:
- The buyer can return the item.
- The buyer must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
Return Shipping:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the buyer chooses to return an item, any loss in value due to the item not being returned in its original condition is the buyer's responsibility.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact me.
- Provide your order number and details for verification.
- Follow the instructions to return the item.
Refund/Exchange
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- No exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the figurine.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number.
- We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations are possible within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 48 hours or once production has started, cancellations are subject to a 25% handling fee to cover time, labor, and materials.

No refunds are offered once a figurine is completed and approved (or auto-approved), unless it arrives damaged.
